Arista Networks (NYSE:ANET) reported Q2 adjusted earnings  of $1.58 per diluted share, up from $1.08 a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.44. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.46 billion, up from $1.05 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.38 billion. Arista said it expects Q3 revenue of $1.45 billion to $1.50 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ are looking for $1.39 billion.

Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Q2 EPS $1.13 Beats $0.97 Estimate, Sales $30.51B Beat $30.15B Estimate

Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) reported quarterly earnings of $1.13 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.97 by 16.49 percent. This is a 11.88 percent increase over earnings of $1.01 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $30.51 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $30.15 billion by 1.20 percent. This is a 1.66 percent increase over sales of $30.02 billion the same period last year.

Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) reported Q2 adjusted earnings  of $1.13 per share, up from $1.01 a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.98. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $30.51 billion, up from $30.02 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $30.13 billion. Separately, the company said it maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.29 per share, payable Oct. 25 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 4.
